Arsene Wenger fears Cesc Fabregas could be out for up to 3 weeks after after sustaining a hamstring injury during last nights defeat to Braga. “It is difficult to predict how long he will be out for. It is on the other leg. He will be out for the weekend. We will have to assess Fabregas tomorrow. It could be two to three weeks. It is very disapointing because I had a hesitation to play him before the match started. I took the gamble and it back-fired on us."
With the busy Christmas schedule fast approaching Wenger will have his fingers crossed that the injury is not as serious as first thought. Having lost four games this month Arsenal are going through a rough patch and could certainly use their influential captain back in the side.
