Carlo Ancelotti Not In Control

Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that he doesn't have full control over team affairs. He is know to have strongly disagreed with the sacking of Ray Wilkins yet was powerless to stop it. During a press conference following his sides defeat to Birmingham it was put to Ancelotti to Alex Ferguson wouldn't have allowed Wilkins sacking without his consent, to which the Italian replied "It is a different position that Ferguson.  It is different because Ferguson has total control of the team. I have just the technical direction, full stop, okay." Rumours are circulating that he is unhappy with the Russian owners interference in his side, Wilkins sacking is just the latest example following the billionaire arriving at the training ground unannounced after the Liverpool defeat to lay down the law to the players and staff.
