Arsenal Stunned By Spurs Comeback

Spurs staged a comeback of epic proportion to defeat Arsenal by three goals to two at the Emirates in the early kick off. Tottenham found themselves two goals down and pretty much out of it at half time, after goals from inform Samir Nasri and Marouane Chamakh. They could have no complaints either as they were outplayed for the majority of the opening 45 minutes.

Spurs came out the traps fastest in the second half after no doubt receiving a stern telling off from manager Harry Redknapp. Gareth Bale pulled a goal back with the second half only five minutes old to set the wheels in motion for a remarkable victory.

Cesc Fabregas gave away a needless penalty after handling in the box, which Rafael Van Der Vaart calmly stroked home to draw the sides level. Despite the introduction of Robin Van Persie the momentum was with Spurs and there pressure paid off when Younes Kaboul rose highest to flick Van Der Varrt's free kick into the net.

Arsenal looked shell shocked and had no response leaving Spurs to pick up the three point.
