FIFA Consider Ban On Snoods

FIFA are due to hold a meeting on March 5th and one item on the agenda is the issue of snoods. The delegates are to decide whether or not to ban the neck warmers following a massive surge in their popularity. A FIFA spokesperson said "We want a debate over the snood and whether it could be dangerous. There may be a safety issue - if for example a player was running through on goal and an opponent grabbed his snood, that could pose a potential danger to his neck."
