Emmanuel Adebayor has angered Arsenal fans by calling on former teammate Cesc Fabregas to join him at Real Madrid. Barcelona had been firm favourites to land the midfield magician but recent financial troubles have seen them be priced out of the market. Adebayor who is hoping to make his loan move to Madrid permanent told journalists
"I had the opportunity to play with Cesc for a few years. We all know the assists and goals he is capable of. I loved him as partner - he's a great player and a great person. If he comes to Madrid, I would very happy. If he came, he would be a good fit for Real Madrid."
