Roy Hodgson has dismissed reports stating that Alberto Aquilani would return to Anfield in January. The Italian has struck up a good partnership with Felipe Melo in midfield leading to reports Liverpool may recall him. When asked about the chances of bringing him back Hodgson replied "No, I don't think there is any chance of doing that. The loan spell is quite clear. He's loaned out until the end of the season, so we won't be able to bring him back until the end of the season." The player seems interested in making the loan move permanent having already stated that he was happy in Turin and had found his home.
