Stephen Ireland is looking to leave Aston Villa less than 4 months after arriving. His relationship with boss Gerard Houiller has been called into question after the Frenchman publicly criticised his work rate. Ireland has so far failed to recapture the form he displayed during the 2008/2009 season that brought him to the nations attention. Former city boss Mark Hughes is keen to take the troubled star, who famously claimed both his grandparents were dead to get out of international duty to Fulham. Villa are believed to be looking for a fee of around £8 million for the midfielder.
Typical lazy, dumb fuck Irish man.
